Nothing changes for existing clients of Taunton Wills. Your documents will still be stored securely and your details remain on file should you need to update at any stage.
As I have built up a client base throughout Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset as well as in Bristol and North Somerset, it made sense to change names to West Country Wills and Estate Planning.
Making a Will or donating Lasting Power of Attorney can sometimes feel overwhelming. Richard is dedicated to providing you help in language that you can understand. If you don't feel like you understand your options, just ask, and he will work to find an explanation that works for you. Richard was a languages teacher for 15 years prior to retraining in Estate Planning - he believes there is no such thing as a silly question. He often says, he deals with Will making matters every day but that his clients think about it only rarely and so if ever there is something they would like explained, he is only too happy to do so.
From his long background in teaching Richard brings both a talent for explaining options clearly and a very pastoral approach to listening to his clients' instructions and suggesting the best estate planning solutions according to their particular needs. He's proud that his clients often tell him that they had not anticipated making a Will would be such a gentle, enjoyable or even humorous process.
Don't wait! Call now for a free phone consultation. Let us help you figure out what your best next steps are. The sooner you have a plan of action, the better your chances of getting the results you want. Many think making a Will means they're about to die. Nonsense! It's a sensible thing to do and it's kinder to your loved ones not to leave them with a mess to sort out when you're gone.
Richard is an experienced Will writer and is the Secretary of the South-West regional group of the Society of Will Writers. He has lived in Devon and Somerset, visits Cornwall weekly and has clients across the West Country from Bristol to Poole and from Dorchester to Newlyn. To find out more about him, click here.
